(hereinafter, the Company), as Data Controller, informs you that the processing of your personal data, voluntarily provided in the forms on the website https:\/\/shop.leonardobussoletti.it (the Portal) to access dedicated services, is based on principles of fairness, lawfulness and transparency, protecting your privacy and your rights.<\/p>\n

The processing is also carried out in compliance with the principles of minimization, relevance and non-excess.<\/p>\n

All information is provided to you, as Data Subject, pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016\/679 (GDPR). Additional information may be present on specific pages, where necessary. <\/p>\n

This information does not concern other websites, pages or online services accessible via links\/buttons\/banners possibly published on the Portal.<\/p>\n

The Data Controller does not process personal data relating to minors. Please note that the sale of alcoholic beverages is prohibited to persons under 18 years of age. 2. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING<\/h2>\n

The Data Subject’s personal data will be processed for the following purposes:<\/p>\n

a) Registration on the Portal and order management<\/h3>\n

To allow registration on the Portal in order to access dedicated services and to place purchase orders in compliance with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as to carry out all activities related to order fulfillment (e.g. invoicing and subsequent after-sales assistance).<\/p>\n

Legal basis: <\/strong>the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the Data Subject is party (Article 6.1. letter b of the GDPR) and the legitimate interest of the Data Controller with reference to registration on the Portal (Article 6.1. letter f of the GDPR).<\/p>\n

Data retention: <\/strong>up to 10 years from completion of the transaction to comply with obligations under current tax and fiscal regulations; up to 12 months from the recorded event for Portal registration data (subject to any need to investigate crimes by the Judicial Authority).<\/p>\n

b) Newsletter delivery<\/h2>\n

To send the newsletter in order to keep the Data Subject updated on the winery’s activities and to inform them about wines, tastings, events and dedicated services.
\nLegal basis: <\/strong>the Data Subject has given specific consent to receive the newsletter (Article 6.1. letter a of the GDPR).
\nData retention: <\/strong>until revocation of the consent given.<\/p>\n

3. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED<\/h2>\n

To achieve the aforementioned purposes, the following personal data are processed:<\/p>\n

  • Contact details: e-mail, telephone, delivery address;<\/li>\n
  • Tax details: tax code, VAT number, billing address;<\/li>\n
  • Payment data: payment data are acquired in encrypted format and according to adequate security requirements, in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. The Data Controller does not store credit\/debit card data. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    4. PROVISION OF DATA<\/h2>\n

    The provision of personal data to achieve the purposes indicated in point a) is necessary: in case of failure to provide such data, the Company will not be able to proceed with registration on the Portal or with order fulfillment.
    \nThe provision of data to achieve the purpose indicated in point b) is optional: therefore, should the Data Subject decide not to give free and distinct consent to the processing operations for the aforementioned purpose, such refusal will have no consequences whatsoever with respect to the other processing purposes.
    \nThe Data Subject may at any time revoke any consent given. Such revocation will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before the revocation. <\/p>\n

    5. PROCESSING METHODS AND SECURITY MEASURES<\/h2>\n

    Data processing will be carried out mainly using computerized and telematic systems and partially in paper form.

    6. DATA RECIPIENTS<\/h2>\n

    In pursuing the purposes illustrated, personal data, in addition to being processed by the Data Controller’s personnel, who act on the basis of specific instructions and have been appointed as authorized processors (Article 29 GDPR), may be communicated to the entities listed below:<\/p>\n

      The updated list of data processors who process data may be requested from the Data Controller.

      Articles 15 and following of the Regulation grant the Data Subject the right to obtain:<\/p>\n
