Aged in steel on the lees for a few months. Intense, bright straw yellow color, offering notes of hawthorn, dried flowers and ripe medlar on the nose. On the palate it reveals good density and excellent acidity, with an intense finish.

Aged in large barrels and tonneaux for 24 months. Delicate ruby color, the nose opens with hints of black cherry, dark spices, roots, and balsamic notes. The palate is dark, with sensations of dried flowers and spices, leading to a long finish.
