Produced from the vinification of whole-cluster Ciliegiolo grapes. The wine presents a pink color and delicate yet intense aromas, with citrus notes of pink grapefruit, a light spiciness, and a pleasant minerality.

A medium-bodied, fruity, fresh, fragrant, and mineral wine made from one of Umbria's most widespread grape varieties: Grechetto, a white grape named for its Greek origins.

Aged in large barrels and tonneaux for 24 months. Delicate ruby color, the nose opens with hints of black cherry, dark spices, roots, and balsamic notes. The palate is dark, with sensations of dried flowers and spices, leading to a long finish.
